Like NothingMy words like meaning fade to a distance,  
and faces are features of a time that never were.  
As I pace forward I tumble backward  
and in between falling and climbing I stop to wonder.  
 
I have to know if this is me,  
and is she or he or anyone, someone I could have wanted?  Why can't they remember me?  Then again why would they?  
To me they were a passing locomotive,  
and I was deafened by a blaring speed from contact to goodbye.  
Maybe I could have stopped and never let go.  
I'm always ready and able but never willing.

Coup De GraceNot seeing the same old face I am used to  and nothing well runs by my mind anymore.   
Hold your breath and look away,  
I say to the mirror.  
The only face I still know from childhood.   
they can't explain themselves,  I can't bare to feel any longer  and maybe I can have that white room  the one in my dreams where fantasies are true.   
Not here and not now  
I crumble to my knees so put me out of misery.   
The clock looks at me in contempt  but I just can't come clean.

Sorry that I haven't been getting back to anyone's replies and comments but I'm not on my own computer. It's been dying on me for a while now. Where am i writing this journal from? That's kinda a long story, but the short bit is I hope to be back on soon, and will have my desk to draw in. This computer has PS Elements 6, wow. Feels good man.
Anyway good night to all and take care of yourselves.
I'm gonna sit down and thin =k long and hard over what to write about, as well as draw this super huge poster I'm having fun with.
